Dazaray MC Photography SCAM ARTIST!!! Fresno, California

I am utterly in shock to receive an email today with an rebuttal that Dazaray posted! I can't believe she is still up to her lying and scam artist ways. Let me clarify a few things. I have never nor will I ever call my Mom a bi*&%! And her story is a complete and total false lie! We never made any payments through a credit card at all. We made our first payment directly into her bank account and the second payment through paypal. We did eventually receive the our refund but many many many months later and after many lies and lies from Dazaray. It was an awful experience. You can clearly see dazaray is lying here because for one I did not pay by credit card and two she texted me the night before my wedding to clarify the time of the wedding and she called me and left voice mails during my wedding claiming to have gotten a flat tire.

Since this awful experience I have been contacted by several other victims of Dazaray with quite similar stories to mine. In fact Dazaray has even said on yelp.com that her company is now closed. I sincerely hope that if someone reads this they will not be foolish enough to believe dazarays lies. She is through and through a lying scam artist.

I also found dazaray on a web page yet i did not have this experiance at all, there is always another side to a story or a false reporter. In my case she did a wonderfull job all my photos came out splendid she captured all the expressions perfectly. i also read this report as many will, yet after i had a great conversation with her i knew this statement could not have been true i aso paid all my fees in advance and when i was ready, which almost 2 months had already past i simply called her and she was ready to go she booked me for a shoot and vuaaala i am another happy customer so much that i have decited she will continue to take all my family photos for now on. sorry studios your done!!! thank you dazzarays.

When we first booked this client I was dealing with her mother, Then of coarse I ended up speaking to the daughter who asked me to bill her Mothers credit card for a larger amount. I told her I need her mothers approval, she then while I was on the phone yelled for her mom to come to the phone to give me approval, when I told mom how much it was Mom said she was only giving her a limit, so Jessica decided to argue with her mom and when I heard her cussing at her mom saying she was a B!$%^, I hung up. I called her moms cell but she didnt answer, 5 min later her mom called me back and I told her I was sorry but I was not going to deal with someone so disrespectful, Mom agreed with me and told me just to return the down payment she had given. My accountant told her she see it show up in her account within 14 days of credit card processing time, well Jessica the BRIDE called me over and over saying she wanted it right there and ther when she needs to understand that its the credit card and bank holdings time. She didnt care and started yelling at me and cussing me out to .I called her mom and told her mom she needed to stop or Id have to call the cops since she was crank calling the studio like a child. So jesica decided to do a double claim against. Meaning when we approved the refund back to her mom she ended calling her moms credit card saying they never got the $ after we had sent it and tried to receive double the amount. Thats then when I knew we were dealing with a true Bridezilla,I had to explain to mom if she didnt set it straight Id have to go after her in court for all the harassment and billing invoices that were all messed up. Her mom told me she was no longer speaking to her and to take her to court. Once I filed papers to take her to court, She then stopped her moms credit card company from the double charges and then went online making up crazy non sense about our business mad because her poor mom didn't say the word YES to her. Beware everyone not every review you hear like this is all true , there is the other side of the story like ours, We were the victim in this case and her mom as well.

12/21/10: So far to date we have only received half of our money and even getting that was a battle. The only reason we even received that was because of the paypal complaint we made. Dazaray MC Photography has made several promises to return the rest of the money but has yet to follow through. She told us a courier would deliver the money to my house we waited and waited and no one ever came. Then she called me and told me the money was returned to her because no one was home to receieve it. Lie. There is always someone at my home watching my daughter. Then she told me she would put the money directly into my mothers Paypal account. Since this is not my account I told her to call my Mom and talk to her about it. She refused. Then she changed her mind and said the only way I would receieve my money was if I came directly to her office in Fresno, Ca. This is over 3 hours away from me!!! I am giving her 2 more weeks to send the money, if she does not I will be taking her to small claims court. This lady is disrespectful, extremely unprofessional and a complete joke of a business. I sincerely hope she never does this to another decent human being.
