They did not fix computer problem and charged me $165.00 which I paid, they are trying to charge me $93.75 for a second service which they still did not fix the problem.

Just wanted to clarify this complaint. We absolutley did fix the computer issue for Trina's Cleaning Service in Nampa Idaho. Trina, who is making this complaint, refused to be on-site during our visit. So we fixed the issue and showed the work to another employee who signed off on the work.
We are a good and honest company who has nothing but 5 star reviews. We even waived over $100 in fee's for Trina's Cleaning Service, but she still decided she wanted to write this review. We are sorry she felt the way she did, and tried to resolve things with her but we could not make her happy despite our best efforts. Best luck in your business moving forward.
