In August they performed a service and made me pay 268.00 for scan, although my deductible was 100% me. Insurance paid and I was owed 184.00 refund. They never sent it so I called. They statd it would be processed in four weeks. THat was Oct 9. I have called 3 times since and been given the run around about accountants and so forth. They are floating my money and hoping I will not notice. I feel sad for older people and those unknowingof how this works who are taken advantage of. I WANT MY MONEY It has been over 2 months and that is Ridiculous
