Yes i purchased some perfume from this company and i used a prepaid visa card and after a month and me realizing it hadnr came i checked and fedex was holding it so i wrote the company and asked them to give me. Refund well they said yes and they sent my refund on the prepaid card well after i ordered on the prepaid card i threw it away so now they said they would cancel the refund and maybe send a check but the thing is that they said they would get back to me once they called visa and i think they meant visa and they needed to call prepaid vanilla visa company and now i think they have no intent of refunding my monry because they wont respond

No your not understanding it was not visa it was vanilla visa prepaid card and as soon as I ordered the items i threw away the card so i have no way of getting the funds and all i need now is a check sent to me and the bank has nothing to do with it and neither does paypsl

This person received their full refund on May 21st. Both PayPal and Visa say it’s an active credit card and the refund processed correctly. If the expiration date expired or if it was a closed account, etc, it would’ve bounced back as unsuccessful.
