DeNoise Studios LLC Was hired by our company to film and take photos at our event.
At the beggining of the event the videographer did start getting reel footage and was using a small extra light but upon noticing the photographer was not doing any thing. The photographer did not bring any lights of any sorts.
Once asked she did start taking photos But stoped. All of our clients did NOT get their pictures taken and as a result we lost out and had to refund a select few. Also the photographer left in the middle of the event with out saying a word to anyone. The footages that were taken were not accapteble being as most of them did not have good lighting. the photos had a blackish look to them and only a few of the pictures taken came out well.
The videographer did her best to be professinal the whole time and was even polite.
However the studio had us wait over a month to see our footages. They said sevral times after checking in he said "how great the editing would be" all they did was edit an intro and just slap everything else together. The edit did not make any sense becuase they litterally left people stuttering and looking around... why would you leave that in there if your editing? We asked a few times for the footage because agencies were asking to write about our clients and needed the footages. Another deal lost out on. Another loss of profit
The editing was horrible not worth the wait. a month is too long for a small professinal studio to take. the price was unreasonable for the job. We know how to edit footages our selves.
Total paid was 900 dolars I would suggest paying a max of 300 for the job done how much would I HAVE PAID after my experince? 150 and that is to be fair 100 for the video with no edits and 50 for the photography . or 150 for the video and free photos
Dont work with them unless you want to be in the hole

Hi, I don’t know what prompted you to leave a bad review 8 months after this job was completed. I am surprised to see you were disappointed since you never contacted me to complain about anything. I also see that you removed most of your comments but I will reply to it anyway.
• You said the photographer didn’t have lights, which is untrue since we always carry lighting with us, and anybody can see that on the photos of your event I just posted below
• You said the photographer was rude and just left, which is untrue, she stayed from 6 to 9 pm as agreed in our contract, and we never leave before checking with the customers if they need anything else.
• You said it took a long time after the event to get all the edited photos. Your event was on Friday August 18 2020, and you got all your edited photos within 2 days on Sunday August 20 2020, I am very proud that my team worked over the weekend to provide a very fast turnaround.
• You said that I took advantage of Covid to overcharge you: you paid a few hundred dollars for 3 hours of photography, 3 hours of videography, and 9 hours of editing. In fact I gave you a very good deal because of Covid, and all of this was in the contract you signed.

This is the 3rd bad review we get out of 7000 completed video, photo, audio projects since 1998, we should survive it. We will try anyway to improve our service quality and communication to avoid any disappointment in the future. Since everything you wrote in your original review doesn’t really make sense, I wonder if you were not talking about another job or provider. Take care anyway.
