Design Home Game Norton Anti-virus protection purchase was canceled due to a "technical error" per Norton and I lost the opportunity to receive the promised 86000+ diamonds for my Design Home game.

Design Home offered a 2x diamonds with a purchase from their Premium Store.  The opportunity was very short.  On 3/10/19 (within the time allowed) I purchased antivirus protection for up to 5 devices from Norton for the special price annual price of $39.99.  As a reward for the purchase I was to receive over 86000 diamonds on my Design Home Game.  I mad the purchase, I received email from Norton the purchase was successful and I activated the account.

On 3/11/19 I received an email from Norton stating that the purcase was cancelled at my request and my credit card reimbursed.  I emailed back stating I did not want the purchase cancelled that I wanted the product AND the 86000+ diamonds so please reinstate the purchase.  I did not hear back from Norton.  

After several unsuccessful attempts via email, I finally got the tech support contact info and had a "live chat" wherein it was discovered by Norton there was a technical error that cancelled my purchase.  The tech apologized and said there was nothing he could do but that I could purchase the same Norton protection at the "special price" of $10 more and no game diamonds.  The news was unhappy but the Tech was great.

I completed a survey by Norton and sent more email stating this should be an easy fix, that I should be "grandfathered" for the $39.99 annual fee PLUS 86000+ diamonds because the error was no one's fault and there is documentation that I made the purchase timely and in good faith.  I also emailed Design Home with the same info and request.

Today, 3/18/19 I have not heard back from either Norton or Design Home.  

Someone at Norton and someone at Deisng Home had to work together to coordinate the offer.  Why are they work together again and make good on my purchase and create good will with good customer service.  I am not asking for anything more than was was offered and what I paid for.
