DESTINATION PARADISE HAWAII/BLUE PARADISE NEW NAME DESTINATION PARADISE IS A SCAM AND PUT A 10K COLLECTION ON MY CREDIT REPORT Honolulu Hawaii

THIS COMAPNY IS A FRAUD, A SCAM AND MESSED MY LIFE AND MY CREDIT REPORT.

We went to our honeymoon in Honolulu in May/2009 when this man offered us some free tickets to go to a Luau. We had to watch this presentation for 120 minutes and it was all. Heasked us twice if we could understand or read english. At the time I was pretty new to US and told him that we could barely understand him and he told me that he was going to make it easy to me to understand. He resumed the program as a travel program with this software with many advantages of travel for free.

He asked us $250 fee and made us sign all this paperwork. And told us that as soon as we get home the website would be available to use and book the first hotel or trip.  When we got back home we realized that website didn't work and that the price was much higher of what he told us. We decided to look online and check the company, we found many complains and also people talking about the scam. We called immediately to Hawaiian Paradise 100 times to cancel the documents,  we spoke with many people and as we had signed the contract for 4 days we could not cancel it anymore and pay more than 5K. We wrote them a letter asking them to cancel and maybe keep the $250 fee and they never answer us back. Years later we got this credit report saing that we have this program that never wasand they never did. We sent they a letter by mail and nothing.

Today I discovery that they sold my information to many collections companies and today the amount is over  10K. I am trying to buy a house right now and my loan office just called saying that my loan may decline because of it.  I have contacted so many people and noboby were able to help me. I called to Hawaii office consumer protection and submitted a complain and nothing yet.

Now my name is on collection, for something that I canceled, for something that I never used and never had any benefit.

Please if you know anything that could help please send me some information. This company is nightmare, a scam and they are still there making business and taking money from people who works really hard.
