Where do I even begin with this delusional self proclaimed Mogul in the making? At first glance Cedric J. Moses seems to have it all together but don’t let his big talk on social media fool you the man is a 41 year old failed entrepreneur and is completely broke and currently has his mother pay his rent, and utilities just to get him out of the house.

Cedric recently as of August 2013 He was featured in the highly respected Dallas Observer online magazine claiming that he is behind on bills, and the company BioPet has filed a law suit against Cedric J. Mosses of Poop CSI / Pet CSI to the tune of $100k in damages due to none payment of his franchise fees, as well as false advertising, unfair competition, and trademark infringement. This “Mogul” in the making has never been success in business, and his personal and unprofessional business ethics show through in his personal life. The Poop CSI / PET CSI business he claims is his – is actually a franchise business that he couldn’t even keep up payments on as cited in the observer article and recently has been looking to hire someone to develop his website and brand even though he is in litigation for the matter and continues to promote it as his own idea.

As a close friend of him and his family I have expressed and bring to light his complete lack of common sense, as well as claiming he has a “team” but really he works out of his apartment paid for by his mother. He has turned off many potential partners and investors for his franchise he runs under Bio Pet because he can’t get his act together. This guy continues to fail, and as a close friend of his I had to shed light about his bad business practices and complete lack of logic in handling even the tiniest of details. The more you read about Cedric Moses the more you are going to find the accomplishments he claims to have had and successes are all a lie. Just ask his mother who is fronting the bill for all his so called “success”. He will try to reel you into his ideas a “team member” which really means he can’t float the capital to pay you what your worth.

This guy is a train wreck waiting to happen, scamming, and lying his way into the doors of many business with no real value and propriety technology. He is all talk, with bad grammar and unprofessional business practices to boot. He won’t pay his unpaid franchise bills to BioPet LLC and continue to operate as a franchise and selling the services to apartments… Avoid this man at all cost, he has angry problems and highly unstable. The recently has vandalized a previous team members home he told me about at his Mansfield launch of e-concierge service with no website to show. Come to find out he slashed tires for the wrong cars, and now the police are investigating damages over $1,000 and have patrols in the area 24 hours waiting to catch him. STAY AWAY. As a friend, I have to warn people this guy is toxic and a failure. Avoid at all costs.
