DFW Estate Liquidators Tried to steal my money, and property Arlington TX

I purchased 3 lots from a recent online auction, run by DFW. They took a very long time to respond with a shipping quote, and when I finally got the quote, Karen asked for more than four times the highest price suggested in their terms. Terms which seem like they would leave a lot of bidders losing their items, and money. I did follow all of their strict rules.

The items I purchased were of higher value than I paid. I asked Karen to send me my items, even at the extortionate prices they asked for, for shipping. They gave me a refund, although their terms suggest that all sales are final. I can only assume that the owners decided that they wanted my items. 

I have not had a response in days, and the auction ended more than a week ago. I filed a report with the BBB, am still trying to get my belongings from this company, and would not recommend dealing with them.

DFW responded to my BBB complaint much as they have here. Claiming to have a great reputation, so the customer must be wrong, or an alcoholic. My experience suggests that this 'reputation' must have been falsified.
