CydCor opperates as Smart Circle International, LLC in the U.S. It's company brands are also owned and operated by Innovage, LLC in Foothills Ranch, CA. They've opened up hundreds if not thousands of offices around the nation, stating they have 311 divisions. These divisions do direct sales marketing for companies such as Home Depot, Costco, Sam's Club, Disney, Crayola, Fast Wax, etc.

Makeup is their newest division with about 15 offices around the nation. This division was started by Scott Williams (VP of Smart Circle, originally with the Home Depot and Clearance divisions). Ian Laird, one of Scott William's original employees of the Los Angeles office helped start the division with offices in Miami, L.A., and San Francisco.

The problem with this company and all of the offices is their business practices. The company is very corrupt. They have people work 72 hour weekly work schedules. They treat everyone as contractors though these people are involved in interviewing, warehouse duties, training duties, etc. The hours are mandatory.

Not only are the hours horrible, but the way in which the items are sold is illegal. It's clearly soliciting. Walking up and down the aisles of grocery stores, department stores, etc., without the stores knowledge. On my interview I was told to just keep going until we get kicked out.

I worked briefly for this company at the San Diego office. Andrew Knapp, Jared Purney, and Sarah Osborn (all leaders) did drugs, common knowledge to all, and on many occasions it was sold while on the job. And there was rampant sexual harassment and other forms of bullying and harassment within the workplace. When other leaders went to management after learning of this issues they were terminated. It's clear management (in the case of the San Diego office, Ian Laird and Sandy El-Reyes) doesn't care, they just want the cash flow. And sales people would fake their numbers, the books are basically cooked.

And when issues were raised to the corporate office in Foothills Ranch they just ignore it and pretend they have nothing to do with the local offices. And the offices just quickly change their names when the press becomes bad....another bad sign. Foundation Marketing in San Diego became Keystone to hide from the press. Diamond, Inc. is another one in Encino, CA. This offices are all over under different "ficticious" names.

Stay away from this bad company!!!

Diamond are tough to measure

AUTHOR: valleydiamonds - ()

Diamonds are extremely tough to measure and thats why it's som important to make sure that you are working with a good diamond broker which in this case it looks like things didnt quite go your way. I would reccomend GGCD for selling diamonds if you want to work with somebody reputable in the l.a. area.

#1 UPDATE EX-employee responds

Gateway Interactive Marketing

AUTHOR: HJ - (United States of America)

POSTED: Thursday, October 11, 2012

In El Paso, Texas, Smart Circle International operates under the name of GATEWAY INTERACTIVE MARKETING. And this office is run by Kyle and Tyler.

While working for them I would work 11 days, and have only one day off. And I would have to attend morning meetings (Mon-Sat) from 8:30-9:30am. Even if I was working afternoons, I would have to go across town for this meeting.

My pay checks, for hours worked, would be 77 hours. All I was paid for was 35-40. AND I HAVE SIGNED TIMESHEETS TO BACK THIS UP!

All I was ever paid was $7.25 an hour. NEVER received the promised comission. I have family that works at Sams, so I have print-outs of what went through the register -- hour by hour.

These people prey on those who need jobs. The quality of the product is very poor. And the bosses position on my religion is poor! I HAVE THEM BOTH RECORDED SAYING VERY BAD THINGS ABOUT ISLAM AND MUSLIMS. (Read what is attached to this post).

Don't work for these people. EVER!

////////

THE FOLLOWING IS POSTED TO MY WEB PAGE!

AsSalamu Alaikum,

My Brothers and Sisters in Islam, I have wanted to make a statement. A statement that answers some of what our Christian friends have been saying. Before this, I didn't have first hand experience to respond. Now I do.

On AM radio I hear both talk show hosts, and callers say that Islam is violent, vindictive, and without mercy. Many of these callers say that as Christians they don't discriminate against Muslims. That America is a free country, as long as those who are here are peaceful.

I know s**+'a and Sunni fight -- a stupid battle that must come to an end. We are ALL Muslim. And this fighting adds fuel to the fire for those that seek to bash Islam.

END THE SECTARIAN VIOLENCE NOW!

Now I have an issue. This concerns my job, and a boss that is a militant Christian.

While working for a marketing company I made it clear that I would adjust my break times to follow the timings for Salat. There seemed to be no problem with this. I made lots of sales -- I was one of the top performers for this company.

Well, then there was the backlash I began to receive from my co-workers. They would taunt me, saying 'why would an American become a s**+'a Muslim?' I did my best to answer. I did.

Little things would happen. They began to show me pornographic photos/videos. I would find bacon on my car. They would pretend to speak Arabic and Farsi while I made Salat.

Today, Sunday (October 7th) I was removed from the work schedule, because I am s**+'a Muslim! My boss has made rude remarks about Islam, and Muslims in the past. Today I was told I would not be put on the schedule until I confessed my sins, and became a Christian.

Christians talk about how they love everyone. How they have concern for the worlds welfare. Yet my Christian boss fires me because I won't become a Christian.

Christians, let me ask you this: How is this Christ like? How am I to support my family while I look for a new job? How do I feed my wife and son?

Christians need to stop talking about Islamic affairs until their affairs are in order!

@@@@

UPDATE: 8 October

I have contacted the Texas Workforce Commission, and the Wage and Hour Board (because I was never paid for all my hours worked). Both of these government agencies cannot help. Why? Because the company I worked for doesn't make over $500,000 a year.

I am going to continue calling around for help. Continue to make Du'a for us.
