Diamond Marie Pheps/Sarah Phelps is at it again.  They or she use the internet to sell French bulldog puppies and never deliver.  You pay, they promise and still no puppy. Diamond Marie has you send money to her mother, Sarah Phelps.   After payment was made, they promised to deliver, had a family emergency, never showed up but kept emailing pictures and excuses. Two times delivery was promised, but never happened.  She advertises on Hoobly, OOdle and Craig's list.    She says they are breeders of French and English bulldogs, sends lots of pictures and communicates everyday but never delivers the puppy.  It is a scam and rip off.  She has promised my lawyer as well as me payment to reimburse, but still no money.  Do not be swayed by her.   The address as well as phone number given are not real and still not puppy, no money only excuses. She will not communicate via telephone. FBI and Attorney General have been notified.  Buyers of animals be ware.  This or these women take you money and run.

Sarah Phelps and Diamond Marie Phelps Puppy Scam

AUTHOR: Austin, Texas - (United States of America)

POSTED: Wednesday, July 27, 2011

Diamond Marie Pheps or Sarah Phelps is at it again.  They or she uses the internet to sell French Bulldog puppies and never deliver.  You pay, they promise and still not puppy.  Diamond Marie has you send a  money gram to Sarah Phelps who she claims is her mother.  They are probably the same person.  After the payment was made, the say they will deliver the puppy, but have to reschedule due to a family situation.  Another time is set up, they say they are on their way, Daimond and her friend Kara, however, they do not show up and there is no puppy.  I asked for a refund, she promises to send the money via certified check, but no money.  Diamond or Sarah advertise on Hoobly, Oodle adn Craigs list.  Buyers be ware.  She will only email and text and the address as well as phone number are not real.  If you call it just goes to voice mail.  I have hired a lawyer, contacted the FBI internet fraud unit and the Attorney General's office in Texas.  Diamond Marie Pheps is probably Sarah Phelps and she takes your money and runs.
