I took my dog in for a groom and Dianna shaved the dog down, the whole body, face, and tail. She said she had no reason to do this other than she thought I wanted it short and that she had forgotten my appointment.
The dog had been cut in 3 places with clippers. I was not told this, I only realized when I got home and one of the cuts opened back up and started bleeding again.
