The company Direct Energy of Florida came to my home to give me price for energy saving home emprovements. The sales man Mr.Carlos came to my home to told to me about the home emprovements recomended by his company. Mr. Carlos told me his company was Licensed in Florida #CGC1506328. Mr. also told me they were listed and acredited with the BBB. Mr. Carlos told me the best Energy saving home emprovement I could do to my home was to change the hot water heater.
Mr. asked me if I new what my credit score was. I told Mr. Carlos my credit score was over 800 he said good you will be good for the loan for 3,100.00. Mr Carlos filled out the paper work for the new hot water heater installtion. I signed the papers for the installtion to be done on Thursday 25 of June 2020. That day I got a notice from my credit score service that the finance company Service Finance Co. LLC pulled a hard credit check on my credit.
I did not approve of this hard credit check on me by this comany. This is fraud
