The information provided in this report below is based on comments made by John Monarch during an onsite inspection held by a third-party verification company with no biases towards Direct Outbound Services.

Direct Outbound is a fulfillment center located in Greenville, South Carolina. They work with various businesses to professionally ship their product to the individual consumer. In addition to product fulfillment, their impressive call center allows them to provide customer service, tech support, and chargeback responses.

Leads for Direct Outbound are primarily obtained through word of mouth. John Monarch proceeded to explain the sales and services process for his company, "Essentially when they sign up with us we send them the agreement, we get everything worked with them, we have to figure out what their product is, how much it weighs, what kind of packaging we need, really all the ins and outs of what carrier they need to use. And then we help them import it or we help them get it to us from wherever it is currently even if it's overseas or if it's anywhere else in the United States we help them book freight they get the bulk products to us and then we get everything ready to ship out, integrate with their shopping cart systems, and start shipping product."



CUSTOMER CARE & COMPLAINT RESOLUTION – DIRECT OUTBOUND SERVICES

During the on-site interview, Mr. Monarch was asked to describe a situation where a client was not satisfied with the level of service they received. Mr. Monarch expressed that they rarely receive complaints. However, if they do it is typically in correlation with an outside force like the USPS or weather delays.

When asked to comment on complaints posted on Ripoff Report's website Mr. Monarch expressed that he believes the comments to be false, "Well, unfortunately, we believe, through our findings, that they were made by a competitor and were not really from a consumer. But also that we ship for hundreds of different companies and sometimes we have had some people call in and say they were confused and thought that we were the ones that owned the product and we weren’t."

When asked what type of changes they have made to honor their commitment to making things right with the consumer per the request of Ripoff Report, Mr. Monarch stated, "we’ve continued doing what we have always done. One of the things we have made sure to do delineate between us and the client. So just making sure that people understand that we just ship to them we don't actually own the product."

John Monarch Greenwood South Carolina

For the past several years John Monarch has used the internet to blackmail, harass, and intimidate dozens of innocent people.   He's used the guise of a ficitional character named "Ilya Putin" & "Ilya Blt" to spend hours every day threatening people online that he doens't like or compete against the various businesses he owns. 

There's a $250,000.00 reward for any information that leads to the arrest and successful prosecution of John Monarch.   The leads are flying in from people that work for Monarch, are "friends" with him, or are victims of his crimes.  

Let's delve into Monarch's Modus Operandi:

Using Skype, he operates under the name "Ilya Putin" or "Ilya Blt."   Often times Karl Steinborn, the 2nd in command of the operation, will take Monarch's direction and start harassing people in the internet marketing industry.  These people are intimidated by "Ilya Putin" and "Ilya Blt," but oblige to their harassment because they weren't aware of the fact that John Monarch was the ring leader behind this constant harassment.  

If you ignored the threats of John Monarch, he would libel you online, spreading falsities via the "Ilya" persona.  His cronies would build libelous propaganda and spread it all over the internet.  They would then start causing trouble for you in every facet of your life.

It would all stop if you paid a blackmail fee, ranging between $5,000 - $500,000+.  Every day they would tack on an interest rate of thousands of dollars and they vow to cost you millions of dollars.

Some people paid this blackmail fee, other people stood up against it and reported John Monarch to the authorities. 

Someone needed to step up to the plate to stop this group, to discover who they were.  And it was only a matter of time until they offended the wrong person, who made a life mission to discover who was behind the blackmail and extortion. 

That someone has brought together an entire industry that is tired of getting blackmailed, harassed, and intimidated by "Ilya."  And now that the cat is out of the bag, everyone is coming out of the woodwork and getting involved.   

The ringleader behind the blackmailer pseudonym "Ilya" was esoteric, and the group of co-conspirators were very tight.  But there was a weak link in the chain, and a defactor came forward with a world of information.

Please take notice that an action in the United States District Court, For The Eastern District of Pennsylvania, Case No. 2:14-cv-05980-GAM (the Action) has been initiated.

In the Action, the Plaintiffs seek to subpoena Xcentric Ventures LLC for your contact information, IP address, any other information which would identify you, and any other messages that you have posted on the website known as Rip Off Report, located at www.ripoffreport.com, under the pseudonym “Another Victim - Alabama" or any other pseudonym about the Plaintiffs.

If you do not respond within five (5) business days with your true and correct contact information to our law firm via email (civilaction@pilotsweb.com) or by telephone (480-588-0449), we will subpoena the records as outlined above.
