When I signed up as a DirecTV customer, I expected to be able to view ABC. As of today, have not been able to view ABC for weeks due to a disputed between DirecTV and the TV network. I would not have signed up with DirecTV if I knew I would not be able to view ABC. This appears to me as a breach of contract.

Think I will get a partial refund?

I will never recommend DirecTV.
