Disney movie club Thieving, con artist hiding behind the Disney name to take money that they are not entitled to!! Neenah, Wisconsin

I am at the time being a member or this sham of a club, and considered myself to be in good standing. I ordered my introductory package, paid for it, and received it without event.

For the last two weeks I had been trying to log in to order a couple of movies with no success, then I receive a letter for a feature movie that I would not be even remotely interested in and told if I don't respond before February 4, 2013 I will be charged for that selection and it will be shipped.

So as you might figure I started trying to retrieve a password to log in and told that there was no account found but when I tried to register I was told there was already an account and that I would be allowed To reset my password.. Two days later no password!!

Last night before bed (1:30am) I checked my bank account all is well went to the bank to withdraw money January 20, 2013 insufficient funds. I log on and Disney movie club has taken money from my account I call they are closed till Monday but yet they were able to steal my money on a Sunday morning.

There is no justifiable reason for the money to be taken as I am we'll within my time to decline the featured film not to mention they claim your card will never be charged until you package is shipped and on their automated summary of my account I have no orders Pending or otherwise.

Sadly they would have been able to make a lot of money from me as I had 10 movies that I have been trying to order for my grandson if I could have logged in.

tomorrow I will be going to my bank getting the charges reversed and ordering a new card so it won't happen again and I will NOT be doing business with Disney Movie Club ever again.

I suggest no else should order from them either it is Worth the peace to just go to one of the local retail centers and buying my movies at least you don't have to worry about them dipping into your account at will.
