I did not rip off this woman. I have asked her to show me where I received a $900 deposit from her for two puppies and she has yet to show me anything. I was not the one who spoke with this woman when the puppies were sold, it was a mutual friend of ours. Heidi sent this mutual friend the deposit, and he intern brought it to me and there was only $300. This woman purchased two purebred Shih Tzu puppies from me and they were approximately two weeks old. She talked with me for over four weeks on how she was going to send me the rest of the money how she was going to get the two puppies shipped from Billings, Montana to North Carolina to Raleigh, or to New York City. When she found out that the shipping for the two puppies through pet jet pals was going to be $700. She then asked me for my deposit back. I politely told her that I had thought about it and then I had to decline to send back her deposit as she waited till it was time for the puppies to be sent. They already had one set of shots and the two that were supposed to already go to her had to be kept longer and I had to take them in for another set of shots. She was told at the very beginning through our mutual friend before sending the deposit that all deposits were nonrefundable, and she agreed to it when she sent the deposit for these two purebred puppies.
