     I have known Stacy and Dan for years from doing business with them.  They have a well respected and legitimate business.  I am currently a downriver business owner and enjoy doing business with them; I highly recommended them to all downriver business owners.

dollarsandsensecoupons.com is a fraudulent business that operates in Wyandotte, MI.  They took my money too and was told I would get a refund after the company did not publish my ad in their booklet.  They robbed me!

This report is fraudulent.  I have multiple reasons to believe that this complaint was made by my jealous ex-wife and her boyfriend.  Someone with personal information and incorrect knowledge about our company.

First: The address that complainant listed as our business address is incorrect. 1214 Eureka was a temporary address I lived at 6 years ago after my divorce in 2004.  I lived there for only 3 months and had to move because it was above a bar and my kids and I couldn't tolerate Karaoke nights any longer. lol.  I never even bothered to change my drivers license to this address and never registered it as a business address.  Only friends, family, ex-wife or Friend of the Court would have record of 1214 Eureka as a previous address.  To this day my ex-wife doesn't even care to know our current address or to see where her children stay.  It's sad, and that's why I believe her boyfriend used the only address he knows from 6 years ago to make this bogus report.  He refuses to work and apparantly has an over abundance of time to create delusions for the gain of child support.  A few reasons I suspect my ex-wife and her boyfriend are the authors of this bogus complaint.

Second: My wife Stacy and I started Dollars & Sense Coupons 3 years ago in 2007.  Our business address was originally out of our home at 1159 3rd Wyandotte MI.  We have since moved to a new residence and since 2008 we office at 2011 Oak Street Wyandotte MI.  It's no secret.  You can find these records by doing a business entity search at michigan.gov.  In addition everyone of our clients is given a signed receipt of contract that has our business and mailing addresses on it.  1214 Eureka does not appear anywhere in this contract.  A genuine complainant would have this record and would have the correct information.  So I suspect a bogus complaint by my ex-wife or her boyfriend.

Third: The complaint was reported by Vic's in Livonia?  Bogus.  Vic's is a great Italian restaraunt in Southgate and they are satisfied clients of ours for the past 2 years.  However, my kids have told me that mom and her boyfriend took them there once to eat.  So I suspect that my kids suggested for mom to use one of our coupons and this made them jealous.  Hence the reason Vic's restaraunt's name was chosen.  I think I would have chosen a fake name Scottie O.

Fouth: Stacy Priebe is my wife but has not yet changed her name to mine :(  we are newly weds :) and Stacy has held back from changing her name out of respect for my daughters and their estranged relationship they have with their mom.  In addition, our clients are typically unaware of our being married business partners.  Stacy has her client base and I have mine.  And yes my full legal name is Tony Daniel Cataldo, no secret there, but none of our clients would know Tony to be my first name.  I have always prefered my middle name Dan, which all of my clients know me as.  So again I suspect the ex-wife and her boyfriend behind this bogus complaint.  Who else would know me as Tony?

Fifth: Business license revoked?  We wish to know how we may be operating our business illegally and fraudulently so that if we are in error we may correct it.  All of our copprate filings are up to date with the State of Michigan and all of our tax years are current.  If this is a legitimate complaint, I ask the complainant to please give us more facts to the proposed fraud and illegal activity.
