I ordered a $7.99 dish from IHOP for Door Dash to deliver.  I had a 30-day free delivery trial offer, and I had used it several times without issue.  I had begun to trust them, so I did not worry too much about the costs. My final bill was $21.26. IHOP portion of the bill was 8.65. That means they charged me $12.61 in fees, not shown on my order!

I immediately called their customer support line and guess what, a person struggling to speak English. She refuses to cancel the order. She refuses to issue a refund. I tell them that I am going to blast them on the Inet, and then, they refund $5.99. Remember, per the promotion, it was supposed to be free. there are many other delivery companies out there...so beware!
