Dr. Alex Buznikov, DDS Alex Buznikov, DDS I had 3 bridges done by him. Had all 3 redone. Work really shabby Lancaster California

I took Dr. Alex to court and I won. I am still trying to collect the money. He didn't even show up for court. He sent his office manager. He also closed 2 of his offices. I really think and hope that he is no longer practicing. If he is, my advise is to say as far away from him as you can.

 I am still fighting with him. I have been trying since February to just get copies of my dental records. I have asked over 20 times and still haven't gotten them. I finally got a new dentist who I love. Dr Alex is all about the money. Every time I went in to see him, he wanted money. I kept telling him my back tooth was hurting. 3 times he said nothing was wrong. My new dentist found decay and he said that had I had it treated when I first said that it hurt, the tooth could of been saved. I had to have it pulled. The dentist board needs to pull his license. He doesn't care about his patients, he only cares about how much money he can get from you. His office in Lancaster isn't really an office. You can't make an appointment because they never answer the phone. Please, please, please stay away from this dentist if you care about your teeth.

 They avoided me the exact same way when I asked for a refund to give to the bank because I kept getting build for work done I had never gotten. They somehow signed a paper under my name the day of the appointment in July of last year when I came in the beginning of June one time to ask about their service. They had me sign an application there and then used my social on the application to run my credit to see if I am approved for the bank. I told them they seem too expensive and I just want something like cleaning because I have nice teeth. I had braces and my teeth are white. The lady signing me up told me it was okay that I don't have to approve it and that I would not be charged. That I would have to call the bank to authorize work on my teeth that were porcelin veneers. (Which I already said no to because I didn't need them.)

Then told me if I don't by a certain time in July on the 6th I won't get charged and it is dropped because I didn't approve it. I was already worried I gave them my social anyway. A month goes by and I get a bill. I go up there and tell the lady I was charged and you said I wouldn't . She said she is was going to call the number to reverse the charges because I didn't get it done. She never did it. I kept getting billed and kept going up there demanding to stop charging me because they never looked at my teeth. Sometimes they weren't there. The doctor Alex Buznikov who was in charge in the office was very rude. He told me to call him and he'll look at my paperwork. I called the office went straight to voice mail because it was full. The new receptionist barely understood English.

I think they were relatives because he was only nice to her and she wasn't doing a great job at all. When I did go there and there were people they were always angry because of their appointment mishaps. Then when I tried to fight it with bank they kept sending in papers saying I got it done! But I didn't ! So the paperwork if false and worthless. There are no xrays of me. No before or after photos. It's all the same. I took and x-ray from my old dentist and got a letter from my childhood to adolesant dentist and he told me theres no veneers. These people are terrible. They have a bad rep and anyone that says they are good are fake. I don't even think this dentist is registered. I complained to the dental board as well. They need to shut down.
