Dr. Barbara Rila Psychologist Used in Corrupt Family Court Cases - License was reprimanded Dallas, Texas

We adopted a 4 y/o boy from the Texas Dept. of Human Services.  He was presented to us as slightly speech delayed and would be in Special education.   However he had major anger problems and also bad coping problems.   We were referred to Dr. Rila where we began a multi-year relationship with her in twice weekly sessions with our son.  She was ALWAYS professional and at times would even see him on an emergency basis when something would happen at school.

I have the utmost respect for Dr. Rila.

Barbara A. Rila, PhD is now using her middle initial and trying to convince people she is not the same person in the complaint, but oh, she is.  Dr. Barbara A. Rila is corrupt and will fabricate testimony for money.  She had her license riprimanded for a reasona and the board went easy on her.  There is much, much more to how far she is will to go and commit perjury in court if she is paid enough.  Don't trust your kids near her.  Greed is a dangerous monster.
