I paid $14,000 + $3000 in their recovery home money to Carlos Gomez and Yaritza Quintero in Cali Columbia who happen to have an American LLCs. With an American bank account at Bank of America even though he’s not a citizen nor does he pay taxes here nonetheless I sent the money in five increments for a procedure to remove silicone from my body. I went there and got the surgery but nothing was done that I paid for No silicone was removed, implants and fat added on top of it further burdening my body.

I ended up with a hole in my hip that remained an open wound for 3 months I ended up having to have another surgery four months later because I was in so much pain costing me another $10,000 and when I went to him to help me he told me there was nothing he could do for me. He actually told me the only thing I can do to help you is to cut you from your hip to your butt cheek basically mutilating my body and then he said he would make me sign a paper saying that I told him to do it.

So I ended up spending an extra $14,000 w/expenses on top of the $18000 w/expenses that I paid to undo what he did which was leave silicone and Nondissolvable stitches in my body, Displaced implants it rotated into my hip causing me immeasurable pain. I was on bedrest for four months until I could have surgery and I lost all income. It caused a hole Open on my hip three weeks after surgery. I asked the doctor what should we do he told me you’ll be fine you don’t need surgery and that hole stayed open for almost 3 months I suffered and ended up needing surgery anyway to undo it because the stitches were so intertwined they are all had to be taking out.

I could barely walk I asked him for a refund since the surgery was not a success and I had to pay for another surgery immediately after that I didn’t plan for and they ignored me. And since I spoke out about what he did to me his assistant has been cyberstalking me her name is Yaritza Quintero began posted my passport, A background check of me and my preop photos on Instagram more than 10 times on seven different pages . She began to stalk me…I had to report them to the FBI cyber crimes division as well as my local cyber crimes police department.

The photos were sent in confidence that were Dr. patient confidentiality but she put it on Instagram on multiple pages and then she began to follow everyone who followed me and stalked me nonstop for a week culminating into me contacting filing charges today because she woke up doing this & she still is doing right now I have documentation of everything. She’s putting my life in danger, my finances and my identity to be stolen by putting my actual passport on Instagram where there are billions of people can see my passport number my name my address my date of birth, and then violating my rights on top of that.

I tried reporting it to the social media platforms and they refuse to do anything so thousands of people have seen my actual passport and my background check with all of my history on it. She needs to be stopped and I need my money back from this thief I am not the only person I have 25 of his victims that he’s done this to, he’s stolen well over $40,000 in deposits he does not refund them if the patient doesn’t want the surgery and it’s been tax-free because he doesn’t live here.

I am not the only one…they did it to another girl Levaughn Westbrook who was ROBBED at gunpoint at his recovery home, ended up to giant holes in butt and needed to be lifeflighted back to the US. They bullied her into deleting the Instagram page she made documenting her experience, then her reviews on RealSelf.com and Google I have photo and video documentation of everything!
