Dr. Jack Shader DDS DOES NOT HONOR WARRANTIES AND TREATS PATIENTS HORRIBLY Clarkston Michigan

After extensive, costly work done by Dr. Jack Shader, I had two crowns that he placed break within days of their warranty expiring.  Dr. Shader refused to replace the crowns stating that it was not his fault they broke and the warranty had expired a few days earlier anyway.  After spending thousands of dollars out of pocket for work done by Dr. Shader I was floored by his demeanor.  Not only was he unwilling to honor the warranty on the crowns, but he was very defensive, condescending, and rude about the entire situation.  After this happened I stopped going to Dr. Shader and found another dentist.

A few years later, the ultra white bonding Dr. Shader put on my front teeth came off and was very unsitely.  I asked my current dentist if he could repair it and was informed that he did not have a bonding material that was as white as what I currently had on my teeth.  I called Dr. Shader's office and explained my situation and made an appointment to have my tooth repaired.  upon attending the appointment, I waited over an hour past my appointment time to even see Dr. Shader.  When I finally did see him, he began to attack me about a bill my EX-husband owed and why would I leave his office and seek dental care from another inferior dentist.  I was very taken aback by this.  I told Dr. Shader I didn't feel it was appropriate to discuss by current dentist, other than the fact that he was aware I was seeking help from Dr. Shader.  Dr. Shader became aggitated and refused to fix my tooth stating that I was rushing him and "it didn't feel right".

I am absolutely APPALLED by his arrogance, his horrible attitude, and his terrible behavior.  I cannot believe he finds it acceptable to treat patients the way he does and charge them outrageous fees to do so.  Stay away from this man, he is a monster in sheeps clothing!
