Started an account and they talked me into sending over $8000 in two days.

I realized during the competiation I had been put up against one of their professionals.  This was a $10,000 contest. 

I told them I wanted out and did not want to participate in a contest against professionals as I had ZERO chance of makingn money.

their manager Scott informed me he would refund me but after the contest only.

I waited and waited but nothing happened.   The next morning Scott told me that they changed their mind. 

They were going to cancel it if I won and keep the winnings.   Pretty obvious.

I have a merchant dispute pending with my bank but not sure if that will be settled.  The CEO Nic has been nothing but a dirt bag throughout this and their entire company is full of people that are trying to rip off the average joe.  

Please help me with my refund.
