My husband ordered some Christmas presents for me from this company in November of 2012. He got a confirmation email within a day or two, and the money came right out of our account. By mid-December, we hadn't received anything, so he called them. They informed him that two of the three items he ordered were ready to go, but they were waiting on the third item, which was back-ordered. They said he would get an email as soon as the shipment went out.

He never got the email. By the end of December he received a package from them containing four items that we did not order, cost about half the price of what he did order, and have absolutely no use for. He called them back. They apologized up and down, and told him that they sent him that package to try to keep him happy because they didn't want to lose his business. They promised that the three items he did order would arrive by the third week of January. 

By the end of January, we still didn't have anything. He called and left a message. We got no answer. He emailed them. We got no answer. He called again, and again left a message. We still got no answer. So, we contacted the Better Business Bureau. They ignored the BBB. We just received word today, March 7th, that because the BBB was unable to make contact with them, our complaint would pretty much go nowhere.
