On 1/23/13, I ordered all 12 seasons of NYPD Blue for $89.00 . The website said either 1-3 or 2-4 weeks for delivery. It is now 2/28/13 and NO DVD's! I've sent 3 e-mails in the past 3 days - NO RESPONSE!

Now, I need to know how to get my money back (pipedream??) and who do I contact to put them out of business? State's Attorney General? Too bad Det. Sipowicz isn't on the case!! This is a HUGE disappointment, as I ordered this set for a birthday gift, which has come and gone.
