Dyann Davison is a liar, scam artist and roundly bad human being…Avoid at all costs!! My wife and I traveled 4 hours to buy a pre-owned mercedes that was represented, both verbally and in writing, to be in impeccable condition—hence, we agreed to pay top dollar. Fast-forward 3 weeks to first visit with mechanic—-over $3K in repairs needed!!!
Two things make this Dyann Davison fraud situation exceedingly grotesque:
1. The tires—we repeatedly asked about condition—were proven to be 8 years old, had dry-rot and terribly dangerous to even consider driving on. Dyann knew this car was for our 18 year old son!!! He had been expressway driving at 75 mph for 3 entire weeks before we learned how dangerous!!! Thank God the worst didnt happen.
2. Dyann Davison is a Realtor!!! She has been trained and understands her legal obligation to disclose anything wrong to a prospective buyer. I shudder to think about how many buyers and sellers at Hanna Real Estate she has also screwed over…avoid at all costs!!!!
