While looking for deals on E-Bay, I found what I believed to be a great deal on a "Lifetime SiriusXM," Subscription. This was Sept. 3rd 2012. Turns out it was too good to be true. Here's what happened... I bought, price:$320.00, plus $20.00 for shipping. The listing 320964412676, I did call E-Bay and did ask if this was legit, Their customer service rep said that it was. So i waited for this person to call me back, he did the next day. Sept 4.  I texted him at this number 1-416-996-4485. He did call back with excuses, saying what a awful place SuriusXm was a bad place to work at. After some small talk, I gave him the SID/ESN # to my radio.  And so sure enough the radio came to life, it worked and I really didn't pay it too much mind. Then another member from E-Bay was curious, got in touch with me an asked a few pointed questions. I did myself a favor and checked with SiriusXM what the status of my account was... I had none. The radio was added on to some else's account. I did  tell E-Bay all of what I found out. Reporting the sale as "Not as described." So in my thinking, with all of the E-bay customer support at this level understanding that I would recieve a full refund. It didn't happen.

The radio was hooked up to a "Promo Account,"  this is something that SuriusXM gives out for free! SiriusXM did not even send me paperwork, or a lifeline to my account. So to them I did not exist. Well, the E-bay people gave a final decision, a "no." Later, I found out that Bryan Sara or any of the other names he goes by, had to refund to another customer he stole from. Pay Pal said he did not have the money in his account. So before he could incur any more NSF charges, he reluctantly paid the other customer back his refund. I suppose the mentality of his victims is that they are "putting one over" on SiriusXM. Sort of like stealing from cable! So when their radios die, there is no recourse. They'll find out in a few months, unless, they are selling for him. Then I suppose it falls under a "commission."

Later, as my battles for my refund are going on, I found out that Rajiv Singh "hired" another person to sell for him. A 61 year old construction worker in the State of Connecticut. Poor guy, he even sold a few, for this piece of work! Risking his name, and reputation. The ad appears on E-bay and has a SuriusXM logo! usually 10 available, call fast! Well sell! As soon as this poor soul found out he jumped ship and pulled the ad. I honestly think that he "dodged the bullet" on this one, just think, he could have lost his business. Bryan Sara will pick people that are great sellers on E-Bay. Don't let this happen to you. You'll have to pay these people back for their troubles. He'll also answer the phone "Bryan, SiriusXM." I think soon Sirius will know him. The person that warned me of this guy, is currently receiving threats, filthy texts, and Rajiv Singh claims his Identity has been stolen! We should be so lucky! Thanks.

Rajiv Singh Criminal Actions Reported

AUTHOR: SiriusXM Watchdog - (USA)

POSTED: Tuesday, October 02, 2012

Let it be known, the criminal activities of Rajiv Singh have been reported to the Toronto Police Department's Fraud Devision, FBI, Federal Trade Commission, EBAY, and PAYPAL.

Additionally, this is his second act of criminal activity. The first dealt with spamming customers on a website in Canada relating to  Sports Network cable subscriptions. He was using a email list that he stole from the company before he was fired and used the list to spam their customers.
