e-Bay e-Bay online shopping They are taking the seller's side and trying to force me to pay for a used and broken item that is supposed to be new by refusing to mail me a return label. San Jose California

I  ordered a new windmill generator and was sent a used and broken one by love-happyshopping located on e-Bay. e-Bay refuses to have him send me a return label by US mail after i requested several times for them to do so and explaining to them that i was in the desert with no printer but they ignore me. e-Bay takes the side of the seller as their profits are more important than honesty. This seller has been reported so many times as he has terrible complaints and reviews with a very low percentage score.

My complaint was excluded otherwise his score would even be lower than what it is today. e-Bay has irrelevant help to click on for reporting a seller.  e-Bay's help section favors the seller as they have report a buyer to click on but not the other way around. This is very corrupt and needs to be exposed. I tried to report this on their public forum/disscussion but naturally i was banned from doing so. This company is so big and generates so much money that they are un-touchable.

They make up their own rules and force buyers to pay for items that they were ripped off on, this needs to stop or can they just keep doing this? It seems that they have no overview but so many people complain. They make their own investigations look like a joke and naturally a fraud as the outcome favors their pockets. What can be done or is this the norms ?
