I found this company on Facebook, signed with him April 15th gave hime $300 deposit. Total charge of the work was $6300, half when he starts and rest when work is complete. I wanted him to redo my entire bathroom, put new floors in bedrooms and my downstairs. He did not have any tools with him when he came so he said he will come the next few days. Came mayb a week later for measurements, gave me a list of materials to buy. Did not hear from him until end of April, pressuring me to have him pull out of the carpet, knowing farewll my new flooring did not arrive yet but he promised once it comes he will begin. So he came April 30th with one worker, he took the rest of his deposit left, while his worker stayed to pull out the carpet, but did not do a good job as all the nails and staples were still all over the floor, making it o hard to walk on. When I informed Robert, he told me that was normal. So, me not knowing any better, believed him. He would schedule to come then cancel, even after he knew my material has all arrived. My last delivery was made May 13th and he knew that. Did not come until May 22nd, a Thursday, gutted out the bathroom with the ONLY shower in the house. It is myself and my girls in the house. 

He said he will show up the next day and will continue until it is complete. He kept cancelling until he finally showed up May 29th. That is an entire week with out a shower, luckily we had a half bathroom, so we were able to do our normal daily essentials. When he came on May 29th, he dropped his worker off, said he had to finish something and will be back. He didnt come back for hours and when he came, he grabbed his workers and left. He did not do anything else. On that day, he signed his "proposal" that he will come every day and will get the bathroom completed no later than June 2nd. His workers showed up friday and saturday, took off sunday. When he came Monday, he noticed there were a few materials needed, so he texted me and his worker the materials and asked us to grab them. Mind you, he again, dropped his workers off and left to complete another job. Maretials needed were about $500 worth, so imagine how long it took us to grab everything. He then blames me for not having the material ready and told me he will need an extra day to finish the bathroom.He came back June 4th and 5th and only got the floor and one wall completed. He never comes when he says he will come, he has made me cancel so many plans thinking he will come, I wait for hours on end and then he tells me he cant make it. Last time he told me he would come at 10, told me he was running late, did not show up til 2, stayed for 2 hours then left. He will come for an hour or two, do whatever, have an excuse and leaves.  I have noticed, after everything, that most of the material he told me to buy went missing and tells me to rebuy. A 5 gallon bucket of paint was also missing. He also had me pay for something he claims he bought, but come to find out it was bought and used for another job and tried to make me pay full price for it. Friday, June 5th, he told me he can not come back until Monday, that was when I have had enough. He gutted out my bathroom May 22nd and still left me hanging by June 5th. All the while, trying to scam me for more money, telling me he needs more money to  pay his workers, or that I was short on the deposit and that he needs it. I told him unless I see consistency, he will not get another cent from me. He already took $3000 from me and has completed absolutely nothing!! On top of all that, he threatened, yelled, was aggressive and extremely disrespectful. When I disagreed or got upset for always canceling, or when I tried asking for my money back, he would hang up on me. I have tried getting my money back plenty of times, he would not budge and insisted he will complete the job. He was extremely unprofessionsal and very irresponsible. When I posted a bad review on Facebook, he threatened to file a report against me. When I finally told him I do not want him t complete the work, he threatened to put a lien on my house, saying I scammed him. Got texts to  prove it all.  Come to find out, there are many others he has done this too. He has sscammed woman out of their money and has yet to complete the work.
