Easy Disc DVD duplication errors and missing artwork Baldwin Park CA

I sent the DVD duplication company a master DVD to be duplicated with art work, case and printed insert. The quantity was to be 150 retail ready, sealed DVD's.

The product was shipped out, and when we opened the DVD's we found art work was missing. This was for a directorial debut of a new film director and the photo artwork of the director was not printed.

We complained to the compant about this and their only resolution was to refund $30 for the missing artwork even though with out the artwork, the DVD's are useless, as they are a tool for directors reputation.

The next thing we know, we are getting calls from customers, that state they purchased the DVD's and when they opened it up the DVD as well as the artwork insert was not even in there. An empty case was all there was! This happened 6 times on the first 75 DVD's that where sold. 

Easy Disk wanted still to refund only $30 or re print the remaining DVD's (75) but now resolution for the 75 DVD's that where sold that are defective that I have to issue a refund of money on. 

The customer service department is tragic at best. I have tried for over 30 days to work it out with Easy Disk with no results. I filed a charge back with my Credit Card company and am working with them to finally get some resolution.
