Be aware of this company, I have signed for the 30 days trial and I realized after a week that the service wasn't for me.

I tried since then terminate my account by sending them 3 emails and by using their chat system.

When I started my trial I have chosen a Switz fax number, since then they asked me to call their Switz customer service even though I have enroll online at the US company website and I'm not living in Switzerland.

Their strategy is to ask you to phone to random countries and to prevent them to cancel. I don't want to phone a dodgy company and give them my phone details and be bound forever with unsolicited phone calls.

Looking at other complaint sites this is the modus operandis of this company, people are saying that they lost large amounts of money due to this company lack of ethos.
