BEWARE, THEY WILL HOLD ALL YOUR MONEY FOR OWN PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT - Signed up with this company in May 2017 with just an ACH account. We processed about $3-5K per week and on the second week of June we had our biggest week to date at $9,800 and of course thats when EPS decides to put a HOLD on the account stating we had a high return ratio, when NON of our payments were rejected or retruned. They made up lies just to keep our money the $9,800 and change, then we recieved an email today stating they will be terminating the account and illegally holding the funds for 365 days. WE DID NOTHING WRONG, its an ACH ACCOUNT for crying out loud. ZERO CHARGEBACKS, ZERO RISK. We did everything we were asked of and just as we needed to pay bills and overhead to keep the company afloat has all been tossed out the window, including all of my employees. I had a sales floor of 10 reps that all have left due to not reciving a check due to EPS HOLDING all sales against us. I seen that you guys filed with the AG of colorado which will do nothing, you need to file to the Federal TRade Commission and the FBI. Local Law Enforcement make a police report online, and go to the National Banking Assosiation. They hold relationships with CORPORATE OFFICES: WELLS FARGO 420 MOMTGOMERY ST. SAN FRANCISCO, CA 94104 whom does all of their business transactions, so I filed to the fraud dept. and they are starting their investigations into the company and they will have their accounts shot up and HELD against them to see how they squirm like they did to us. I will make sure I report this company every day for the rest of their existence, they f*d with the WRONG PERSON. These are Illegal Business operations and they will be repremanded no matter what. Hello today, I see EPS Scammed you as well. I have also filed with the BBB and contacted the Colorado AG. I have also started an Facebook page called EPS Are Scammers, come check it out, like and share. I did copy and paste your complaint to the page. I add a new complaint every day.
