At the risk of repeating myself since this former client filed this before and I responded, here we go again.  Ms. Chick retained me to seek a Loan Modification on her behalf and unfortunately dd have trouble reaching my temporary office in West Babylon, New York.  I did not know about her difficulties in reaching me since I never received the messages.  One of the reasons I stopped utilizing the long island office was that the company that occupied that office did not properly serve these clients.  As a result, I personally took over and processed over 100 files without assistance and many of the clients received modifications.   Ms. Chick finally reached me at my permanent office and I took over the processing of her file and secured a final modification for her.  As far as her claim about what she would do, she is living in the home, I saved her a lot of money and all she did was attack me.   She promised to print a rebuttal but never did.  I did perform all the services I agreed to perform and I assure you Ms. Chick had no trouble reaching me once she called my direct number.  The NY clients I am currently serving are receiving expert service at a more than fair price.  My clients receive personal attention and I personally respond to ever call I receive.  I have been an attorney since 1993 and feel that Ms. Chick's complaint present an unfair picture of how I perform as an Attorney.  I take pride in my work and do all I can to assist all of my clients.  Thank you for your attention.

Ms.Monique Chick is a client on mine and did retain me to seek a Loan Modification on her behalf.  Unfortunately, given the high volume of applicants, this can be a time consuming process.  I have many New York clients who have been seeking modifications on their own for over a year.  Therefore, a seven month period is not unusual.  It is also true that the Banks frequently demand updates, sometimes contact the clients and close files without justification.  I deeply regret that Ms. Chick did not receive a prompt response as she claims but I first spoke to Ms. Chick in January and I have been regularly corresponding with her since then.  Ms. Chick was calling an office that I am no longer utilizing and rest assured I would have responded to her calls if I had received them.  The Agreement Ms. Chick signed charged her a reasonable fee for my services and far less than what most Attorneys with my experience charge.  I do not guarantee results but will do all I can to assist Ms. Chick and my other clients who are going through financial difficulties.  I am very sympathetic to her situation but it is important to keep in mind that the final decision about whether to grant a Loan Modification is up to the Lender.  I 
have been an attorney since 1993 and care about the welfare of my clients.  I do not blame Ms.Chick at all for her concern and will do all I can to assist her.  Thank you.
