I am posting in every review the disatifaction of this Broker/Realtor Mary at ELITE REALTY GROUP in Eau Claire, WI and her complete unprofessionalism. Now I have purchased many primary, secondary and investment homes in my life and have NEVER EVER dealt with such complete and utterly unprofessional service from any Broker/Realtor in my life.

I highly recommend anyone avoid her and this brokerage at all costs. I would also highly recommend reviewing her negative reviews those of which have not been deleted as it really speaks the truth of this individual and her unprofessional work practices to her potential customers.

A quick synopsis of my situation: After a week of communications, 20 emails, and stating I was going to make an offer at full price upon having the opportunity and scheduled date and time she set for this SATURDAY AT 10:30AM tomarrow and I confirmed we were all set today in an email. Then Mary emails me and calls me last minute to see if I'm approved and how, I answer her and then told she has an amazing offer right now in front of her.

I find it amusing being a broker that she has the lack of experience and competence to ask about my approval last minute as that was just an excuse. If I told her I could pay cash the outcome most likely would have been different in which case I could but would rather use the banks money. Then she has the nerve to email me asking to help me find another property.

I'm telling you I have invested in Realestate along time and have never seen someone so UNPROFESSIONAL. Mary you have a lot to learn and with your so called years of experience you have learned nothing about customer service. Now you will respond to this saying you did nothing wrong but we both know better as well as others here with there links below, take a look people.

Also there was no further consideration when I was working with you on this for a week and I just wanted to see it before the offer like anyone would. I would have viewed the property sooner however you could not do it till Saturday, that is not my fault its yours. Then with our discussions I take time to drive 3 hours roadtrip to abreast view the outside of the property before meeting you Saturday.

Then you pull this sh*t, I'm going to make this known everywhere as your unprofessionalism needs to be noted to all in your market area. I sure am lucky my go-to realtor gives me a heads-up before anything like this happens, that is what we call a good Broker/Realtor something you need to grasp, if you can.

You are not a good Broker/Realtor, very very sad, I feel sorry for you, the games you play and the people that have to deal with it. What you do is about people not MONEY remember that.
