 I called to get mortgage relief assistance on behalf on my family members who are seniors. The representative asked for checking and routing numbers for payment before services are even rendered. No documents were requested. Luckily, I felt this was not legal, we did not provide any information until I did further research and sure enough found this information on a report. Thank you
