BEWARE. Emergency Pest Patrol stole from my elderly parents. My mother trusted them to perform pest control on her house. The tech they sent out ( Luis Antionio Nieves) helped himself to a couple of my mothers rings while he was in her bathroom alone. My mother was forced to buy back her own rings from the Quick Cash Pawn shop. We found out later that Mr. Nieves had an extensive criminal record. Do not under any circumstances let these people into your home...

Since 1996, Emergency Pest Patrol has served our customers with integrity and quality workmanship. For the first time in these 20 years, we recently experienced a serious ethics incident between an employee and a valued customer. While our company policy prohibits discussing previous or current employees in a non-judicial forum, we can say that within 24 hours the offending employee was terminated. Additionally, within that same 24-hour period our company paid for the retrieval of any items in dispute. Emergency Pest Patrol has determined and closed an identified gap in our normally stringent recruiting and hiring process. Our current team is motivated, friendly, highly skilled, and holds to the strongest moral code. We aim to treat your needs quickly and professionally. While it seems we have lost the faith of this individual reviewer—and we regret any grief experienced, thousands of customers and tens of thousands of service calls have experienced the industries best in quality pest control services. We ask that you take this into consideration when considering your pest control needs at home or business.
