They are owned by the same person that runs Immediate Response Restoration located in building B next door within the same vicinity. Not only do that not honor what your insurance will pay out after removing extraneous items added to the bill they will come after you for the rest!!!!! First and foremost, you will be charged for stuff that wasn't even performed, waste removal when there was nothing to remove, then charge for the day-laborers time, overcharge for protective gear, over-charge for anything they can make up,

leave fans running for more days than necessary so you pay triple for renting it out even though they don't disclose how much it will cost per day. Give the insurance one section of the bill with the wrong amount of money owed to confuse everyone involved then make you pay for their services. They leave stuff at your house for weeks and refuse to pick it up then later charge you for it which we should have binned in the dumpster.

Munoz, Norma Gomez and everyone else associated with this feces-ridden organization.

They will intentionally pretend your insurance will cover the costs of repair and over-charge for things and make the clients pay for it later on. This company will intentionally lie and add on "late fees" when it is due to their negligence and incompetence adding on hundreds and hundreds of dollars to an already inflated and ridiculous bill that do esnot match up with industry standards. They over-charge and do shoddy work then threaten to send this to collections to ruin your credit which would be on your credit report for 7 years. This is called bullying.

Misleading company that has their next door "neighbors" Immediate Response Restoration do the construction work. Their website is identitical, same font and web design and similar urls. This is how they work, a plumber or other laborer refers them for water damage during an emergency. They arrive and tell you it's convered under insurance but never really call the adjuster to give you a false sense of security and proceed to dump some fans in your home and prolonging the drying time. When the bill comes you will be livid and shocked at the grossly misleading and high charges never once discussed in the contract, in fact, they don't even provide a quote or hourly rate for placing the fans there. 

Then proceed to try to collect this "debt" by having two women in their office yap and nag at you to pay up, blowing up your voicemail, calling various family members at odd hours which causes duress, anxiety !

.......They aren't licensed to do anything really, thus use the partner next door to do everything else and charge you for the fans.

Sociopathic people and hard-working my a*s.

This company is run by nasty, scheming people with poor business practices and ethics. They come in and don't give the consumer a quote or hourly rate for putting in their garbage/trash fans and pretend they actually do any sort of work. They lie and tell you insurance will cover when they don't because all major insurance know they are a fraud and hack, therefore won't cover the useless fans, so this is coming out your pocket. You will end up with an enormous bill for little work done. 

Josh Hagewood is a liar and also conniving like the owners of this operation. 

Low-class/dirty and absolutely vile people to deal with.  They make up new rules as they go and more lies, giving their clients a contract that is arbitrary with no quote on much their services will cost.

I would not allow them to step into my household if I had known their history. They have some crap policy stating they want a deposit first however, on their webpage there is a section to put in a claim from insurance.

Their billings department is full of low-class people that tend to use very aggressive methods to grate at your nerves. Everything about this enterprise is disgusting and vile, and the only thing they are good at is lying and gaslighting their clients and should had been put out of business years ago.

There are many better companies to choose from with better ethics.
