Emp-Screen Inc. Pre-Screen Inc. email scam, credit report scam, background check scam Miami, Florida

This company sends out emails claiming to be from a "Human Resources Department."  the emails use carefully worded language to make it seem as if the firm has been contracted by a potential employer without explicitly saying so (I suppose this is meant to cover them from a legal standpoint).  It is actually trying to get you to sign up for a paid credit report service (assuming it isn't actually an identity theft scam).  The address the company gives is for an office park, and does not specify a suite.  There are two contact pages, one of which is accessible from the email.  The one linked on the web page has a contact form without a "Submit" button.  Like the emails, Pre-Screen Inc.'s website is extremely carefully-worded and deceptive.  It gives a list of employee screening services, but never explicitly states that it provides these services.  There are logos of US Immigration Services, National Background Data, and  The National Association of Professional Background Screeners, but there are no links and no actual claims to being affiliated with these organizations.  Do not trust this company.
