If there's zero star for rating then i would rate that for Empire Moving Group.Do NOT do business with this company. Empire Moving Group LLC is a broker and never tell you upfront.The company provides you with a quote usually lower than other moving companies. The owner  (s)Jeff Rice and Craig Hamilton.takes the inventory over the phone. Then Empire Moving Group sends  you an email ( PLEASE MAKE Sure TO review everything) with a price agreed and they promised to bond by this amount. In my case, there's missing inventory items and changed the number of boxes in my inventory to lesser # of boxes, also yet the price didn't change!!

They then insist on you paying an amount in 48 hours or the company will not be able to honor the price on the quote. The day of the move, a contractor company comes in ( A total different moving company). Surrprise Surprise The new moving company do their inventory. And the price increases right in front of your eyes!!  The new moving company also didn't do their homework of contacting the building where my stuffs were to make sure his truck's size and requirements fit to park in the loading dock and DEMAN MORE MONIES for having park it by the street curbside..THIS IS A SCAM!!

Meantime Empire keeps the original amount . If you try to contact the Empire origin Agent  in my case   Jeff or Craig they are unavailable. Quality Assurance was a joke. The day of the move no one is there to answer your complaint even i have called and left numerous urgent messages and Empire won't wanted to talk with me. Empire DOES NOT guarantee the rates!! Do NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!! By the way, I have the confirmation from Citibank that the check was sent to Empire Moving Group and cashed by Jacob Hale from Empire Moving Group. Well LIAR ALWAYS LIAR and SCAMER ALWAYS SCAMER as Empire Moving Group has been and ALWAYS WILL .BE.DON"T USE THIS COMPANY EVEN IF YOU ARE DYING OF HAVING A COMPANY FOR YOU MOVING. 

THEY COMPOSED OF THE WORST OF THE WORST BIGEST LIARS OF ALL TIME. " BAIT AND SWITCH TACTICS' . DECEITFUL AND UNETHICAL STEALING CUSTOMERS'S MONIES BY ILLEGAL MEANS.
