Englander World Headquarters Total rip off company who don't return emails Olive Branch Mississippi

We got this king E-Gel mattress set and within two weeks the mattress has formed two impressions where we slept a couple hrs. more in those spots. These impressions do not show, but are felt when laying on the bed. I have wrote their customer service twice with no response, and finding no number to contact this company. This mattress set is unusable to anyone we may have stay over and let them have our bed, or if we move the bed and have to take a different side. This mattress is so impression in the first two weeks that you are unable to lay anywhere else in the bed because you will be tilted right back in those impressions. I hate this mattress for the amount we paid for it, the non return of emails to the customer service dept., and the quality of this mattress.
