Looking to purchase a pomeranian puppy. I looked on the internet and found a pup that I liked. I contacted the breeder and made arrangements to purchase her. I sent half of the price 400. The breeder said they received the money and would texted the travel information to me. They then went silent. I have been unable to get them to email me. I have been trying for two days to reach them. I feel like they just used me for money.
