On Nov. 12, 2019 I ordered 1 bottle of Skincell ($49.00) from the website of this company. On Nov. 15, 2019 I received 5 bottles ($198.00). I contacted the company (1-888-422-9040) and reported this charge. I was unable to discuss the charge adequately with the representative as she would not listen to my explanation.

At this point I notified her that I would make a complaint to the Federal Trade Commission (113596397, 11/15/2019) and my legal representative.  At 11:34AM I  received an email (copy attached 3) indicating the $198 charge would be cancelled.  I did a search on the internet and found a website where  buyers were complaining about unauthorized charges by this company for the past several months (attached 2). Today 11/18/2019 the charge for $198 was still on my credit card. I initiated a dispute.

This webpage contains numerous complaints from customers for sending more skincell than ordered Usually 5 bottles. This appears to be a standard practice.  They also indicated that the buyer is responsible for paying return shipping for unauthorized bottles received, at a cost of $35.00.
