Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
I purchased a Groupon two months ago for this dentist (Eric Day) and his office made an appointment with me. Today his office informed me they won't accept the Groupon (cleaning and x-rays; new patient deal) and I should "call Groupon" to complain.
Used Groupon dozens of times and never had a problem. His business signed up and entered into a contract, but it's too expensive to sue over this.
So here I am.

I did alert this office of this report because they do have the right to rebut this report since you did not elaborate on the reason they refused your groupon. I suggest you get dental insurance which is fairly cheap. I pay $30.00 a month for supplemental insurance through AFLAC. I suggest you check out getting insurance to avoid these situations and if you cannot afford dental insurance go to the nearest dental school of help.
Dental is not free just like healthcare. If you cannot afford either then sign up for Medicaid.
