I hired this guy because I heard his ads on the radio and I was in a jam as my wife had took off with our kid, 3 years old.  

He seemed okay enough and was very confident, but now I believe that his confidence was boosted by cocaine or adderal or something .... not because he was effective.

I gave him a 10,000 retainer and he burned threw it all in one month and all I got was a standard divorce package that I could have used self-help for ....

In court, we went in on motions and just got the standard orders entered ... Nothing about my son or custody or visitation or anything.

When he spoke the judge just looked at him funny like he did not believe a word he said ... and now I understand too ... he always has this stupid disengenuous smile on his face.  

I did a little research on him and found out that he was at ADAM and he was fired for screwing the receptionist (she sued and won) and I guess the investigation found out that he had slept with some female attorneys on the other side too.  His ex-wife has custody of his kid too if that tells you anything about how good he is. 

I don't know if he was screwing my wife's attorney, but he sure screwed me.  Fortunately, I found out about ADAM and switched to their firm.  These guys are not cheap but they are good.  They switched my situation in court--my kid has to live in the marital home, with or without my wife ... who fortunately has not returned.  

Don't let this guy fool you with his big smile and handshake and sales job and don't pay for his next cocaine binge.
