Hi,

I recently purchased a corner store in wibsey from Ernest Wilson.

My family and my husband's family put all the money they had to help us pay for the shop.

We were not told about the previous crime issues in the property and were lied to about the amount of income the business makes. 

And that the business was almost run down since the previous owner was very rude to customers.

The first month when we first bought the shop (in cash) I reported the windows to the agency because they are not safe at all.

Those windows are as old as the shop, one is boared up and the others have huge cracks that shake when the shop door is opened or closed.

Back in October (when we signed the contract) I asked if they could be fixed since the contract states that if there is anything wrong with the exterior of the building including doors and windows that the agency are liable to fix them. Instead I got a rude response of that "It will get done when they have time to file it". Every month since then I have rang numerous times and the most recent response I have had was "Maybe if I payed my bills, they would fix the windows, so I should get off my high horse." This response was to me asking why I couldnt get in touch with the empolyee who is  in charge of our building and that everytime I ring he wasn't able to contact me back at all or that he was in a meeting or that he was on holiday constantly.

Nov 2017 - Dec 2017

My mother used her credit card to make the payments for November's bill of 920 per month.

At that time Ernest Wilson did not have the permission to withdraw money from her account without her permission, but did so for Dec 2017.

We had at the time just filled in the paperwork for them to take monthly payments but hadn't sent it yet. Now that they have that permissionthey haven't taken the money out from Dec 2017 - March 2018 and are now telling us it is our fault and that we are behind on payments of at least a few hundred.

We have been broken into several times the first time the thieves stole 3-400 and back in Feb 2018 we had someone come in at 5am through our ceiling and stole at least 900-1000 pounds. When we reported this to the agency they said they would only fix the outside of the ceiling and that if we wanted the rest fixed we would have to pay the rest 300 ourselves.

Me being a single person complaining is being pushed aside by the agency. I would like to collect alot more reviews by other people and their problems since Ernest Wilson are scamming others so please help and contact me on facebook at @NewCornerStores.
