I purchased a product from this company in good faith. It did not work at all from the beginning. Their refund policy clearly states that they will refund your purchase price if the product is defective. They refused to do anything when I contacted them about this problem. After filing a complaint with the BBB thy lied and stated that they had offered me another product that had nothing to do with my problem. DUH. If the first product that was for my stated problem did not work what good would another product having nothing to do with my problem do for me. Bottom line is they RIPPED ME OFF. I have filed complaints with the internet crime comission-attorney general of the USA and some that I dan't even remember. Do not buy from esupport.com. Their products are worthless-They lie about their refund policy and everything else for that matter. They are a FRAUD. If they need money bad enough to steal from me where will there fraud stop?

The product the customer ordered was a data recovery product. The product i snon-refundable except in cases of product defect, which was not the case here.
The customer was able to recover the files he was seeking to recover. Some of the files were unreadable. We can only control if the files are recovered, we cannot control the condition of those files once they are recovered. That is not a product defect.
The customer was offered an exchange for another product from out library of titles. He refused.
