 I bought a vacation package from etourandtravel over the phone on 3/16. After getting the package in the mail and reading it I realize that the cancelation date had expired when I did call on 4/16..I was told I couldn't cancel because the 15 to 30 days had expired. .so after keep reading in the package. .it also states that if u are currently in bankruptcy or have filed for bankruptcy in the last 3 years...so I call to cancel the vacation package after talking to a sales rep..I explained to him that..I don't have a credit card.and I am currently in bankruptcy. .may I remind you that if they would had explained all of this prior to selling me the package I would have told them all of this information from the start.and the sales rep tells me I can't cancel that I would have to find someone who has a credit card and who is not in bankruptcy to buy my package from me there's nothing they can do...ain't that something...I would think if they would have mentioned the bankruptcy issue and the credit card issue over the phone when first calling sailing me the package instead of selling me the vacation package first and then sending the terms and conditions in the mail so by the time u receive the package in the mail it's too late because you already bought it...so now u can't cancel or get a refund even though u wasn't made aware of the terms and conditions when they sell it to you over the phone..... etourandtravel is not a good buissness to deal with..oh yea I called back again and was placed on hold then eventually they hung up on me..so I called back and ask to speak to the supervisor and they told me all the supervisor they have on shift is busy helping other customers book their reservation. And helping people who are not canceling..let me remind you now that they have all of the calls recorded..I am not a happy camper...I am employed and don't have $250's to just donate to etourandtravel. ..thanks.
