Called to offer me a vacation package for Orlando Florida, the Offer was 4 days 3 nights for 99.00 at the Fantasy Resorts 1 Vacation Villas... I wanted to stay 6 days 5 nights so they upped it to 683.00 total which they took out in two seperate transactions.  I spoke with Matt asked him all kinds of questions before booking, he assured me he put us in a Villa overlooking the Waterpark said it was on of the show Villas so it was beautiful!  I asked him what they were offereing and I was told we had to take a 120 minute tour and then we would receive 2 free one day park passes to any park we choose, he also stated that the tour was non stressful and that I could have a morning tour if desired and also I could have a late checkout at 3 pm. because our flight wasn't until 9:30 p.   I was also told that there was shuttle service from the Resort to All the Parks.  Matt also told me that they offered Rental Cars at a discounted price through Enterprise all I needed to do was call three days in advance to secure the car.  I booked the Villa I was giviing a Confirmation Number the money was taking out of my account right away.   Two days later I had to call back the customer service number to book my car, I got to speak with Kiara at this point she informed me that "Uh Maam" you don't have a reservation for those dates you stated you did buy the package but your dates were never confirmed.  I told her yes they had been, she said well no problem we can just book you on different dates I told her No that I already had my 5 plane tickets and that they messed up they need to fix it, she told me to stop yelling at her, she then put me on hold when she came back on the phone she pretended not to be able to hear me she said she would have to call me back there was a bad connection which of course she never did!  I then called Matt the "Salesperson" and told him what I was going through he said that's not true it said you were all set he went to his Manager and said oh Im sorry not sure what happened but those Villas are all booked up we can put you in a hotel with two adjoinging rooms, I told him No thats not what I paid for he said I am sorry but My manager has spoken to the manager at reservations I am going to transfer you.  I got answered by my old friend Kiara who told me the Manager was busy I told her to tell him to get un-busy fast!  She told me I was being rude and finally the Manager picked me up welcome to speaking to "Juan" the Manager who kept calling me "Maam" and told me to calm down!  I told him no I wouldn't calm down I was getting on a plane in two days and am being told we have no room.  He said look theres been a mistake Kiara was confused we found your confirmation you are all set, I will now get you a rental car he said I got you a Premimun picking it up in Orlando and leaving from Tampa for 159.00 for the stay.   Juan also stated if I had any issues while there to call him directly! 

 

We got there at 2 a.m. the front office was closed so they left the room info in the mailbox and then a security person came out of a car and gave you a key.  We got to the Villa that was not anywhere near the pool in fact is was literally almost in the Olive Garden parking lot with all the dumpsters and wild cats it was Disgusting!  The Villa we got to look out the window at was all caving!!! I was disgusted and disappointed.  The next morning I went to the front desk I had taking pictures of our views and the roof of the villa and showed it to the girl at the desk and I told her it was unacceptable, her response was why aren't I surprised we have so much trouble with ETours I can't begin to explain, she gave me a key to another Villa and told me to go look at it and see if we liked it.  So we went and looked at the next Villa it was way nicer still not overlooking any pool just a big brick building in the backyard and a lot in the front but at least cleaner. So we had to go back to the old one pack our stuff up and move which took us a good hour to get situated again.  We wasted the entire moring trying to get situated because of ETours.  We went to buy tickets at the ETours desk and we were told to go to the Park an purchase them it was late in the day and it would be the same price.  We purchased 142.00 hopper passes for Universal but because of the lateness we didn't get to do the Whole park.  We wasted time and money on this.

 

The next day we had to do the tour by the way the morining tour was scheduled for 12:30 p right smack in the middle of our day again!  We went over and not only was it Stressful it was down right aggravating The pressure this company put you through we said No 5 times and everytime they would send another person in to try and talk us into purchasing.  Finally my kids had called so many times in the 3 hours we had been gone we finally just said look we need to leave.  We were going to the Magic Kingdom the kids wanted to see the 3:00 p parade we didnt get there until 4 pm. because of the tour that was suppose to be simple!!!!!  When I got out to check out at the front desk there was a very rude women at the desk who was supposingly the Manager they told me I didn't get my passes because I had gotten a rental car in place of my passes I said nope thats not what I was told by Juan and she made a call and finally gave them to me to basically shut me up.  I asked her then Who do I call or write to to let them know who mad I was she goes oh believe me we already know and we are getting a lot of complaints so nobody!  SO RUDE!

 

Went to find out how to get the shuttels to park was told they only run twice a day the last one is at 11 a.m. so basically that was another lie!

 

The late checkout we were denied by the Villa people they stated that check out was at 11 on the nose no later so we had to pack up and leave and just wander around Tampa for the day until we had to be at the airport. 

 

So basically what I am telling you is this Company is a bunch of Liars, ripoffs and I pray they get shut down I am going to try and dispute my charges with them.  I beleive they owe me money for two days I had to lose because of them.  The monies I had to pay for Parking and tickets I couldn't use because of being either in a tour or moving my room. 

 

I did make a call to "Juan" the Manager and left a message for him to call me and guess what Juan never called.  Shocking I know!  In reading some of these other complaints I think its time for the Florida Atty General to get involved with this and shut this company down once and for all.
