Elham Moghimi, aka Ali Moghimi ,at European Motors Took my trade in a 2005 Sorento Van and $2500.00 down payment for a 2011 Dodge Avenger. Two days after the purchase the engine warning light came on and stayed on. They were unable to repair the vehicle... He took back the Avenger and to this day has the Avenger, the sorento and the $2500.00 cash...
I've Contacted the local BBB, they said they've been trying to put him out of business for years. Contacted the Attorney General, Police Dept, Marshalls , Used motor vehicle commission, Secretary of state.

Hired an attorney, hearing scheduled for 21 June 2016 He'll probably No show. By the way he has about 13 civil suits filed against him and Judgemens have been rendered against him... This Guy is corrupt to the core and needs to be shut down.. He's also affiliated with many other failed ventures.
He's also an Agent of "Lilac Properties LLC" a flower shop his wife owns. Stay away from these people...

You fabricated that response because the BBB is a private company and does not have the authority to penalize or shut down any business.
